حذف الحساب
من داخل التطبيق (الأسرع): الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف حسابك فوراً.
ماذا يُحذف
- الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد، وتسجيل الدخول.
- عناوينك المحفوظة (غير المرتبطة بطلب)، وبطاقات الولاء وسجلّها.
- ملاحظاتك المكتوبة على الطلبات والتقييمات.
ماذا يبقى
سجلّ الطلبات يبقى لدى المطعم بدون اسمك أو عنوانك أو ملاحظاتك، لأن المطعم يحتاجه لسجلاته.
ملاحظات
- لا يمكن الحذف أثناء وجود طلب جارٍ؛ انتظر حتى يكتمل.
- حسابات المطاعم يتم إغلاقها عن طريق الدعم.

راسلنا على support@jawaan.app من البريد أو الجوال المسجّل في الحساب، ونحذفه لك.
Delete your account
In the app (fastest): Settings → Delete account. Your account is deleted immediately.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email and login.
- Your saved addresses (those not tied to an order), loyalty cards and their history.
- Notes you wrote on orders and feedback.
What is kept
Order records stay with the restaurant without your name, address or notes, because the restaurant needs them for its books.
Notes
- You can't delete while an order is in progress; wait until it finishes.
- Restaurant accounts are closed through support.
Can't open the app?
Email support@jawaan.app from the email or phone registered on the account and we will delete it.
