جوعان منصة تربط العملاء بمطاعم تقدّم التوصيل بنفسها أو الاستلام من المطعم. نحن لا نوصّل الطلبات، والمطعم هو المسؤول عن تجهيز الطلب وتوصيله.
بيانات الحساب: الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني، أو بيانات تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple.
الموقع: موقعك عند استخدام التطبيق لعرض المطاعم القريبة وحساب المسافة ومعرفة إن كان عنوانك ضمن نطاق توصيل المطعم، وعناوين التوصيل التي تحفظها. لا نتتبع موقعك في الخلفية.
الطلبات: محتوى الطلب وحالته وعنوان التوصيل وملاحظاتك وتقييمك للطلب.
برنامج الولاء: الأختام أو النقاط التي تجمعها لدى كل مطعم والمكافآت التي تستخدمها.
السلة المشتركة: اسمك ومحتوى سلتك يظهران للأعضاء الذين تدعوهم.
الإشعارات: رمز الجهاز لإرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب.
رسائل الدعم التي ترسلها إلينا.
للمطاعم: بيانات المطعم والصور وقائمة الطعام، سواء رفعها المطعم أو أدخلها فريق جوعان نيابة عنه بطلبه.
لتشغيل الطلبات وإيصالها للمطعم ومتابعة حالتها، وعرض المطاعم القريبة، وإرسال الإشعارات، وتشغيل برنامج الولاء، والرد على الدعم، وحماية الخدمة من إساءة الاستخدام (مثل وضع حد لعدد الطلبات).
ميزة «محتار» تقترح عليك وجبة أو مطعمًا بحسب ميزانيتك وعدد الأشخاص وموقعك، وقد تراعي آخر مطعم طلبت منه لتنويع الاقتراحات. تتم الاقتراحات بحسابات داخل الخدمة ولا تُرسل بياناتك لأي جهة أخرى.
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
المطعم الذي تطلب منه يرى اسمك ورقم جوالك وعنوان التوصيل ومحتوى الطلب، لأنه يحتاجها لتنفيذ الطلب.
إذا كان الطلب توصيلًا، قد يرسل المطعم اسمك ورقمك وموقعك ومحتوى الطلب إلى سائقه (مثلًا عبر واتساب) لإيصال الطلب فقط.
تقييمك للطلب يصل إلى المطعم الذي طلبت منه، ولا يُنشر للعامة.
مزوّدو الخدمة التقنيون (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والإشعارات) يعالجون البيانات نيابة عنا فقط.
قد نكشف بيانات إذا طلبت ذلك جهة نظامية مختصة.
تُخزَّن بياناتك لدى مزوّد استضافة سحابية خارج المملكة العربية السعودية، مع حماية مناسبة لها، وبما يتوافق مع نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه.
الدفع للمطعم عند الاستلام أو التوصيل. لا نعالج مدفوعات ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقات.
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك قائم. يمكنك حذف حسابك نهائيًا من الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي»، فتُحذف بيانات حسابك الشخصية ونقاط الولاء المرتبطة به. قد نحتفظ بسجلات طلبات مجهّلة أو ما يلزمنا الاحتفاظ به نظامًا.
وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية، يحق لك معرفة البيانات التي نعالجها عنك، وطلب نسخة منها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، والرجوع عن موافقتك (وقد يعني ذلك عدم قدرتنا على تقديم الخدمة لك). يمكنك تعديل اسمك ورقم جوالك من الإعدادات. راسلنا على support@jawaan.app أو من شاشة «تواصل معنا» داخل التطبيق.
إذا رأيت أن بياناتك عولجت بما يخالف النظام، يحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة بحماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة.
الخدمة غير موجّهة لمن هم دون 18 سنة.

Jawaan connects customers with restaurants that deliver themselves or offer pickup. We do not deliver orders; the restaurant prepares and delivers them.
Account data: name, mobile number and email, or the details from Google or Apple sign-in.
Location: your location while you use the app, to show nearby restaurants and distances and to check whether your address is inside a restaurant's delivery area, plus delivery addresses you save. We do not track you in the background.
Orders: order contents, status, delivery address, notes and your feedback.
Loyalty: the stamps or points you collect at each restaurant and the rewards you use.
Shared carts: your name and cart items are visible to members you invite.
Notifications: a device token to send order-status notifications.
Support messages you send us.
For restaurants: the restaurant details, photos and menu, whether uploaded by the restaurant or entered by the Jawaan team on its behalf at its request.
To run and deliver orders to the restaurant, show nearby restaurants, send notifications, run loyalty programs, answer support, and protect the service from abuse (such as limits on the number of orders).
"Muhtar" suggests a meal or a restaurant from your budget, group size and location, and may take your last restaurant into account to vary its suggestions. Suggestions are calculated inside the service; your data is not sent to anyone else for this.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
The restaurant you order from sees your name, mobile number, delivery address and order, as it needs them to fulfil the order.
For delivery orders, the restaurant may send your name, number, location and order to its own driver (for example on WhatsApp), only to deliver it.
Your feedback on an order goes to that restaurant and is not published.
Technical providers (hosting, database, notifications) process data on our behalf only.
We may disclose data when a competent authority legally requires it.
Your data is stored with a cloud hosting provider outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with appropriate safeguards and in line with the Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations.
You pay the restaurant on delivery or pickup. We do not process payments or store card data.
We keep your data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account from Settings > "Delete my account", which removes your personal account data and its loyalty balances. We may keep anonymised order records or what the law requires.
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you may learn what data we process about you, ask for a copy, correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent (which may mean we can no longer provide the service). You can edit your name and mobile number in Settings. Email support@jawaan.app or use "Contact us" inside the app.
If you believe your data was processed unlawfully, you may complain to the competent personal-data authority in the Kingdom.
The service is not directed at people under 18.
